A typical assignment for the hands-on commercialisation is a 6 month period, and consists of the following elements:
- Introduction of your company to the customer group
- Setting up meetings
- Perform presentations
- Presenting term sheet and/or quotation
- Getting the first deal, and/or
- Following-up to get consequent deals.
After the first period several different options are available; prolongation, if of mutual interest; or you may take over further commercialisation.
